The classification consists of different types depending on the regions affected and the stability of the condition. Participants were given the classification and asked to rate twenty cases of Charcot Arthropathy according to the classification. The level of experience of the participants was also collected. The inter-observer reliability among all participants was found to be moderate, and when analyzing based on years of experience, the reliability remained moderate. Intra-observer reliability, on the other hand, was excellent for all participants. When analyzing the inter-observer reliability of the six participants specialized in foot and ankle surgery, the reliability was found to be substantial. Overall, the Mansoura classification showed acceptable reliability and could be useful in evaluating and guiding the management of Charcot Arthropathy cases.
