It highlights the importance of considering these factors when determining the appropriate treatment approach for patients with IAT.<br /><br />Overall, the study supports the efficacy of modern conservative management for IAT, with a success rate of 82.5%. However, it emphasizes the need to individualize treatment based on patient characteristics and risk factors to optimize outcomes.
