So, in the interest of time, I'll get going. Good morning, everyone. Welcome to Louisville. For those of you who don't know me, my name is Rebecca Serrato, and I am the chair for  today's pre-meeting course, Managing a Successful Orthopedic Practice from Sunrise to Sunset.  Little bit different topic than we traditionally do for our pre-meeting course, but I think  we have a fantastic group of speakers, moderators, we've got some great topics that we're going  to tackle today, and I think a lot of us are going to find a lot of these very relevant and applicable to our lives, our practices, and careers.  So I hope you guys enjoy today as much as I enjoyed putting it together. I want to thank Dr. Den Hartog for the opportunity to chair this pre-meeting.  I also want to thank Dr. Hunt for his work on the scientific program. I also want to thank the program committee and our abstract reviewers for just the tremendous  amount of work that they put into the program, both the pre-meeting and the annual meeting that you guys will enjoy.
