The American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society (AOFAS) is hosting a webinar titled "Foot & Ankle Focus: Biologic Enhancements for Fusion in Foot and Ankle Surgery" on June 30, 2021. Adams, MD, Selene G. Parekh, MD, MBA, H. Thomas Temple, MD, Sheldon S. Lin, MD, and Daniel Guss, MD, MBA. The faculty members have extensive experience and expertise in foot and ankle surgery, and will share insights on the different orthobiologics available, patient selection criteria, and the efficacy of biologics for bone fusion.<br /><br />Upon completion of the webinar, participants will have a better understanding of the classes and mechanism of action of orthobiologics, be able to identify patients who may benefit from biologic enhancement for bone fusion, and understand the existing data and efficacy behind biologics.<br /><br />The AOFAS ensures that the development of this educational activity was independent and not influenced by commercial supporters. The organization is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide CME credits for physicians.
