Foot & Ankle Focus: Advanced Minimally Invasive Surgery for the Hindfoot and Ankle

Wednesday, August 17
8:00 - 9:00 pm Central Time (UTC-5)

Moderator: Christopher P. Miller, MD
Faculty: Miki Dalmau Pastor, PhD; Lorena Bejarano-Pineda, MD; Steven K. Neufeld, MD; Joel Vernois, MD

Minimally invasive foot and ankle surgery (MIS) is increasingly popular. In the past four years, the pace of adoption has been increasing rapidly throughout North America. Many surgeons are familiar with the basic techniques such as cheilectomies, bunion correction, and calcaneal osteotomies. This webinar will review advanced MIS techniques to correct mid and hindfoot conditions such as Charcot deformities and cavus foot, as well as ankle arthritis and deformities. We will also review the relevant surgical anatomy that is critical for performing MIS surgery. Join us for an international panel discussion with surgeons and experts from France, Spain, and the United States.

At the conclusion of this webinar, you will be able to:

  • Review critical anatomy
  • Understand MIS treatment options for Charcot arthropathy
  • Identify MIS treatment options for hindfoot and ankle deformity
