CME Overview

The American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society (AOFAS) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education (CME) for physicians. AOFAS designates the live Pre-Meeting Course for a maximum of 6.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ and the live Scientific Session for a maximum of 17.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™, and the Enduring Materials for a maximum of 8 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Course participants are required to submit a completed evaluation form at the end of the course in order to receive CME credit.

AOFAS designates the live Pre-Meeting Course for a maximum of 6.75 hours/CEUs and the live Scientific Session for a maximum of 17.5 hours/CEUs and the Enduring Materials for a maximum of 8 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Athletic Trainers should claim only those hours actually spent in the educational program.
